Greetings, I’m Isaac, the Head Tech and proud owner of 6mmCustoms.

Throughout my exciting journey into airsoft, I’ve explored various platforms such as “springers,” Co2 GBBP, and the most common one, AEG.

As an avid airsoft enthusiast, I enjoy watching gameplay online and came across the popular “no full auto in the building” video. This experience made me realize the untapped potential of each and every AEG. It inspired me to focus on optimizing my rifle’s performance, leading me to experiment with common upgrades like high torque motors, high-end mosfets, and high-speed gears.

During my first AEG build, I encountered some limitations with the existing upgrade suggestions, particularly concerning motor heat. Despite various attempts to address the issue, I couldn’t seem to avoid uncomfortable overheating. To overcome this challenge, I ventured into using high torque gears with a FrankenTourque motor (twice the torque of most high torque motors). However, I still faced the same heat-related concerns. That’s when I stumbled upon brushless motors.

The unparalleled power of my first brushless motor installation revealed other potential weak points in an AEG. This prompted me to conduct extensive testing to identify the most reliable parts that can be incorporated into any setup. After finding components that I can wholeheartedly recommend, I realized that very few people were familiar with them, and there was a lack of tutorials on brushless builds. This realization led me to create my YouTube channel and online store with the aim of assisting upcoming techs in the airsoft community.

I’m excited to share my expertise and experiences, hoping to empower fellow airsoft enthusiasts to enhance their AEGs and enjoy the game to the fullest. Together, let’s build a strong and informed community of airsoft techs!
